Order Placement and Cancellation

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Upon placing an order, a 10% deposit is required to cover the cost of engineered drawings and initial project expenses. This deposit is generally non-refundable; however, in cases of significant personal or family emergencies, we may offer flexibility to accommodate unique circumstances. Please contact us directly if such a situation arises.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Before Fabrication: If you cancel your order before fabrication begins, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
    • Post-Fabrication: Once fabrication has started, the building is custom-made, and no refunds will be provided. Once the building is made for you, it must be accepted by the customer.

Fabrication and Delivery

  • Fabrication Process:
    • Standard buildings typically take around one month to fabricate.
    • Larger or more complex projects can take between 3 to 6 months, depending on specifications.
    • Delays are possible during peak seasons, typically in Spring and Summer.
  • Delivery Schedule:
    Delivery times range from 4 to 10 days across Canada. Specific timelines will be outlined in your contract.
    Please ensure availability on the scheduled delivery date, as missed deliveries may incur additional charges.

Defective Products and Damage

  • We advise customers to inspect their delivery upon arrival. If you notice any defects or damages, they must be reported within 15 days for a return, replacement, or refund of the defective parts.
  • Defective or damaged components will be inspected by our team. If verified, we will issue a replacement or a refund for the defective parts.

Refunds and Adjustments

  • Full Refunds: Eligible for buildings or components not delivered by the contracted date due to our fault, including the initial deposit.
  • Adjustments to Orders: If adjustments to your order are required after fabrication, additional charges may apply based on feasibility.
